I created this work using gold leaf on paper. The piece measures 22 × 28 × 1.5 inches, giving it a substantial physical presence. The viewer encounters the luminous quality of gold leaf against the paper surface. I completed this work in 2026, applying the metal leaf directly to the paper substrate to achieve the final result.
