I made this work by applying gold leaf to paper. The piece measures 18 × 24 × 1.5 inches. When you encounter this work, you see the gold leaf against the paper surface. The title is Legible X, and I completed it in 2026. The gold material catches and reflects light as you view the piece, creating the visual interaction between the metallic surface and the paper beneath.
