These Terms of Use apply to Auria, a private software application created and operated by Victor Selin through NoirGold.ART.

1. Private Development Purpose

Auria is an experimental, private development project created for personal testing, research, automation, and evaluation.

Auria is not offered as a public consumer service, not offered for sale, and not intended for general public use.

Access to Auria is limited to the developer and any individuals explicitly authorized by the developer.

2. Experimental Nature

Auria is under active development and may change, break, produce errors, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

No representation is made that Auria will be stable, accurate, complete, available, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Connected Accounts and Third Party Services

Auria may connect to third party services, APIs, or platforms, including wellness or wearable data providers, only when explicitly authorized by the user of those accounts.

Any third party data accessed through Auria remains subject to the terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations of the relevant third party provider.

Victor Selin and NoirGold.ART are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or continued operation of any third party service.

4. No Medical Use

Auria may process or display wellness related information, including sleep, recovery, stress, activity, or similar data.

Auria is not a medical device, not a healthcare service, and not a source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any outputs, observations, or suggestions generated by Auria are for informational and experimental purposes only.

5. Authorized Use Only

You may not access, use, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to exploit Auria unless you are explicitly authorized by the developer.

Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.

6. No Warranty

Auria is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victor Selin and NoirGold.ART shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or results generated by Auria.

Use of Auria is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

Auria, including its design, code, structure, branding, and related materials, is the property of Victor Selin and/or NoirGold.ART unless otherwise stated.

These Terms may be updated at any time as the project evolves. Continued use of Auria after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
